below you will find information regarding the collection of your personal data when visiting our website and at subsequent stages of order fulfillment. You will learn how we secure your data and find here all information required by law, including in particular what rights you have in light of applicable regulations regarding personal data.
Who is the data controller?
The controller of personal data, within the meaning of regulations governing the protection of personal data (i.e., among others, Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as GDPR), is vantoo sp. z o.o. company based in Warsaw, at ul. Domaniewska 47/9, 02-672 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as zeba.one or vantoo), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0001102160, with NIP number 5214067062, REGON number 528435309.
What data do we process?
We process personal data of customers and persons using our zeba.one website, which are provided and left by customers as part of using the services available on the website.
These are, above all, data necessary for the implementation of orders, including those necessary for communication with the ordering party and handling any complaints. This data, based on separate consent, may also be used for other purposes. In such cases, these purposes are always specified in the content of the consent.
We process the following personal data: email address, first and last name, optionally phone number, IP address, and we also process data that visitors or customers leave while navigating our website, i.e., those that are left in so-called cookies files and when filling out other forms, including registration forms or those necessary for issuing accounting documents.
How do we secure personal data?
The way your private computer communicates with the website server is secure and invisible to third parties using the Internet. Information flow on all pages takes place in an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection, guaranteed by an appropriate certificate, whose validity you can check in your browser (usually a padlock icon).
Customer personal data is stored in a database that uses technical and organizational measures ensuring protection of processed data adequate to the importance of stored personal data in accordance with guidelines of relevant authorities and in accordance with industry standards.
What are the purposes and legal bases for processing personal data and for how long will they be processed?

Cookies
The entity placing information in the form of cookies files (so-called cookies) and other similar technologies in User devices (e.g., computer, laptop, smartphone) and gaining access to them is vantoo.
Cookies constitute computer data that is stored in the end device of the zeba.one service User. Cookies usually contain the name of the website domain from which they come, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number. Cookies do not serve to identify the user and user identity is not established based on them. Most often they are information about the device and are most often used so that the website works according to User preferences.
Strictly necessary cookies: files are usually created in response to actions performed by the User in the zeba.one service consisting of requesting access to services, such as setting privacy preferences, logging in or filling out forms. At any time, it is possible for the User to change browser settings to block these cookies or warn against them, but this may cause some website elements not to work and placing an order will be impossible.

For this purpose, it is enough to contact us or in case of marketing messages sent by email, use the appropriate link placed at the bottom of each message. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed based on consent before its withdrawal.
The person whose personal data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Privacy policy changes
We reserve the right to update and change the Privacy Policy. This is because technologies, standards and requirements related to conducting business on the Internet are changing. This means that in the future vantoo may, and sometimes will have to, introduce modifications to the Privacy Policy. With each change, a new version of the Privacy Policy will appear on the zeba.one website and will be effective in the new wording from the day of its placement, but only for new customers visiting the website, making purchases and consenting to the new content. vantoo stores the history of Privacy Policy changes in order to process data in accordance with the Privacy Policy to which the customer consented at a given moment in history.
