Terms and Conditions of zeba.one website
Effective from April 15, 2025
§1
The owner of the zeba.one website is vantoo sp. z o.o. company based in Warsaw, ul. Domaniewska 47/9, NIP 5214067062, Regon 528435309, registered in KRS under number 0001102160, referred to as the Seller.
§2
Contracts are concluded using the Internet, the course of transactions from the moment of concluding the contract to the moment of service delivery is detailed in the Sales Rules presented on the zeba.one website, which constitute an integral part of these terms and conditions.
§3
At the moment of order confirmation by the user, a sales contract is concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, which binds both parties.
§4
The contract referred to in paragraph 3 is concluded in Polish. The content of the contract is the order confirmed by the employee and these Terms and Conditions together with the Sales Rules and Privacy Policy constituting its part.
§5
In case of dispute, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Rights Ombudsman, Arbitration Court or common courts.
§6
For proper use of the zeba.one website, including placing orders through this website, a PC computer and a web browser Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Internet Explorer from at least 2012 or newer is required, along with the enabled option to accept cookies files.
